I'm not sure if you know that but there is a moment when a label or an a&r type manager says to a musician "let's see those demos that you're working on and see if we can record a good album with those" and then you go home and feel very special and very gifted and you just start to collect all the recordings you have from the past few years. Of course nobody told me those lines ever, nobody asked me to record demos to complete an album but I did it anyway. Here are the songs what I call "demos 2010-2012" for the never-been-recorded-or-made American Mercury the Album by Norbert Kristof, and that's my name and my past 3 years. It all started in Seattle on a sunny morning in September 23 2009 on my birthday.
